Depends on the surgeon and your own preferences. I’ll likely be getting an orchio beforehand because surgery waiting lists for vaginoplasty are 3+ years for my preference of surgeon
Best case: You just want your balls removed, you end up in the ER, they remove them before your scheduled surgery.
Worst case: You want a vaginoplasty, but you end up in ER from getting kicked in the balls, they remove your balls and your scheduled surgery has to be postponed.
Is it best to avoid getting kicked in the nuts prior to having surgery performed on them?
The balls themself are discarded but the scrotum skin is used, so I imagine having that bruised would cause issues
I’m pretty sure they do the bilateral orchiectomy, then let you recover, then do bottom surgery? Maybe? Maybe not
I had everything done at once there wasn’t any kind of partly done with recovery in between
Well… there it is. Thanks for the correct info!
How about a party beforehand?
My party was spending the month leading up to it panicking to have as much sex as I could in case something went wrong

Makes them swell up, easier to grab onto and yank

Well if they rupture one it could complicate things.
