Electric fields are induced, not magnetic fields, it’s called Faraday’s law of induction, inductive field is not a technical term. You get a magnetic field from an induced current which is caused by the electric field in a conductor.

First of all, there are no “inductive fields”. There are electric and magnetic fields and what you can feel or sometimes hear are the electric fields.
