They chose this topic because it is divisive. If we drop out of sports they will simply find another arena of life to eject us from. It’s not about sports for right wing politicians and interest groups, but about getting conservatives engaged in bigotry against us so they become angry and polarized and vote for bigoted parties.

We can never make them happy with our behavior because our behavior doesn’t matter. The narrative they weave around us matters to them, not reality.

There are very few studies on the topic. Do not reply to this comment as we will not allow a debate on this very divisive topic quite literally designed to use transphobia for political gain by the right.

I will say this: It’s possible trans women have some advantages, and it’s also possible we have disadvantages. Either way in reality there has not been any issues of trans women infiltrating sports and ruining it in any way. Until there is more data debating our participation in sports is not worthwhile. Remember that this topic is being pushed by lobby organizations specifically because it gets people riled up.

I think the problem is that nothing in the image alludes to cigarettes, while there are clearly references to queerness, so we just see the slur in huge letters and then two sentences that don’t provide any context or mean much on their own.

We typically adjust our dosage based on regular blood tests so the most important thing is just picking which method is most comfortable for us and doing it safely!

I mean by queer people, and not to call someone gay in the sense that they are sexually and romantically attracted to people of the opposite gender. More in that a particular thing, action, or whatever is gay. I see plenty of other trans people f.ex relating to the term gay in memes regardless of their sexuality. Stuff like that. Of course insisting someone is gay because they are queer would be rude. No one should have a label forced on them

Biphobia has always been so strange for me, in the same way that breaking the egg prime directive is strange to me (if you are familiar with the term), or erasing asexual people, or ignoring or saying intersex people are an “exception” etc. Let people label themselves.

That’s why I like the term queer! And I’ve noticed quite a few people have started using gay as an umbrella term in certain contexts
