i saw some clips of Alex Jones showing up to the infowars desk with no shirt on (in jeans, of course) and yelling at some guy sitting at the desk about how they can’t steal his identity and how they’re going to get sued.
the whole thing is so weird and surreal, except when you factor in that he’s seriously raging drunk and got complacent about his platform and revenue letting him do whatever he wants.
i have an aunt that decided to take up HEAVY drinking in the last 10 years. she was never really a pleasant person, but also became hardcore reactionary. virulently anti-immigrant and ultra pro-cop. makes Dick Wolfe look like Malcom X.
like, get shitfaced and yell obscenities at fictional characters on TV type of stuff. ive been around plenty of alcoholics, but she has got to be the most unpleasant configuration.

but the story goes, apparently some show they were watching had a woman pulled over by a cop and the woman only rolled down her window a little bit. the cop said to roll it down all the way, and the woman said she didn’t have to. so drunk aunt starts screaming gendered slurs and says the cop should be allowed to execute her for disobeying.
the other family members present just looked at her basically in horror.
when i yell obscenities at the screen, it either some horror movie where somebody does something dumb or some edwardian period piece where sombody absolutely thrashes somebody verbally or a jane austen style villain gets socially rekt.
