I’m wondering if anyone has any good vegan breakfast ideas. I’ve always had a lot of issues with breakfast, since I hate most breakfast foods. Eggs, bacon, waffles I hate, pancakes and oatmeal are okay but always make me feel like shit afterwards. Cereal I don’t like too much. I usually either skip breakfast or eat some yogurt which do like, but I end up hating after eating it day after day so I start to skip breakfast again. So I’m wondering if anyone has any good vegan breakfast ideas that might make me a bit more excited to get out of bed in the morning and eat breakfast.
I like making oatmeal bakes. It’s just rolled oats, mashed bananas, (pea) protein powder, sugar or sweetener, and baking powder, then into the oven. I’ll usually put blueberries or chocolate chips in it too, and chia seeds. It’s easy to make and only takes a minute to microwave a slice in the morning. Lots of fiber and protein, and it usually lasts me Monday to Friday.
