    I work in healthcare, and the only time in real life I have heard of an enlargement procedure it was a dude who got it done by a dentist (!) then died of sepsis, not before having to amputate it.

    Are these ever successful? It seems like the regret rate for penis enlargements are exactly equal to the survival rate.

    Dudes will have a silicone half-sleeve put into their dick and it just tears through the skin. They’ll inject fluids that are frequently fatal. They’ll transfer fat there and it’ll just migrate back out.

    And if they don’t die or have horrific complications, all it does is increase flaccid size at the cost of reducing erect size.

      There’s a lot of horror stories, yeah. I think I read somewhere that it’s mostly people around average or maybe on the lower end of average that get this done too. Like it’s not really guys with actual micropenises or the like. So people are fully dying due to what is essentially body dysmorphia.

      I think the fact that there really isn’t more scrutiny of the shaming of penises is kind of fucked. It is basically routine to associate “small” penises with all sorts of character flaws, and that’s on top of the decades of media implying you can never have a fulfilling sex life unless you have a large penis. Plus it’s just so casually employed, like I can already imagine people making a joke about me having a small penis, or just assuming I have one for complaining about it. Entire generation of guys (And it is mostly guys I believe. Although admittedly I don’t know how the culture is surrounding penis sizes among trans people) have been given body dysmorphia by this sort of casual shaming and pornography.

            Im sorry I have to push back a little bit here. Are we seriously saying porn actors arent like top humans in their field ? Like im sure there are some cases with prosthetics but I bet you there are more than enough porn actors that simply just have absolutely massive cocks regardless of angles.

            Like those people are chosen out of a pool of applicants especially cause they got a large cock alongside other aesthetic qualities.

            People with bigger penises exist since ever and arent some mystical unicorn.

              A lot of them do have large penises, or above average, yes. However, the extent to how large their penises are is often exaggerated through camera work and sometimes through prosthetics. The main thing productions look for is stamina and low refractionary periods because shoots can take several hours. Sometimes this means hiring people who may be smaller than you think.

              Like 99.99% of all penises are 6" or less. 7" is incredibly rare. 9" is like the number of people who are 6’11". 10" starts getting into “There’s maybe five of them at any given time anywhere on the planet” territory. The chances that all five of them happen to want to be sex workers and happen to have the stamina isn’t likely. 11" and 12"? Definitely prosthetics, especially if there’s multiple of them in a scene.

        For hair regrowth on feminizing HRT, the stack is estrogen, [antiandrogen of choice], dutasteride, topical minoxidil. Don’t use progesterone during this phase as it interacts negatively with finasteride/dutasteride and can cause hair shedding instead of regrowth, but progesterone shouldn’t be taken until Tanner stage III of breast development anyway. If you’re taking SERMs to avoid breast development, you’re not gonna want to take progesterone anyway.

        For masculinizing hrt, it’s so joever and you’re just cooked. Fuck around with the minoxidil and dutasteride all ya want, it’s basically random chance if it’ll help slow thinning or not.
