This was referring specifically to “targeted killings”, which means he wants that in addition to the drone strikes, to people getting shot at random by IDF patrols or the automated machine gun nests, the deaths from malnutrition and lack of medical care and anyting else that contributes to the genocide besides this new suggestion of snipers personally hunting down 30-40 predetermined targets from a murder list per night.
To top it off, he also expressly said that this should include non-combattants. He’s just openly bragging about planning new war crimes at this point.
