Absolutely nothing for him. They’ll tie it up in the courts for years until the next guy has to deal with it.

People sue the us government all the time over just about anything. It’s only under this guy that it seems dangerous. But even then, as long as they bribe him, they can steal from the US government all they want and he won’t do anything.

I didn’t overpay (because not living in the US) so take what I write with grain of salt but at this point I’m just happy the US gets their ass whooped. Yeah, it sucks for the people living there, but it’s necessary.

    Absolute fucking shit article.

Read the fucking lawsuit before ya compose and post your feeble excuse for journalism, Mr. Tom Shardware.

The total tariffs globally collected are around $200B but Nintendo is only seeking the return of their chunk plus attorney fees.

I just hope this gets more huge companies to start suing. I’ve already accepted that I won’t see any of that money again so I’d at least love to see how far this goes.

argues that those tariffs were unlawfully imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA) and seeks the return of the collected duties “with interest,” along with attorney fees and the reprocessing of its import entries.

Simply amazing lol. Certainly tired of all the “winning”.
