I like parboiling them and grilling them with some olive oil.

Dauphinoise potatoes.
Twice baked.
Baked in a camp fire.
Fried.
Mashed.
hot German potato salad.
Classic American style potato salad.
Not in any order of preference, I just like po-ta-toes.
