It is a ttrpg that wonderfully captures the “vibes” of a JRPG, imho. Everything from its art to its narrative building is strongly influenced by jrpgs, which it doesn’t hide, and it shines really well. Even its name is obviously a nod to Final Fantasy.

Eh I take issue with this meme. It implies that people, even kids, who seek out porn were (or are being) raised poorly and I cannot agree with that.

The average American does not include taxes in prices. This is also true in Canada.

But how is this an RPG meme? Surely you actually did pay, for new character supplements etc.

I don’t disagree but none of that actually refutes the line of thinking of the manager.

Manager: Make 100 cookies for today.

Employees: well we know we get to take the extra, so we’ll make 102. No one will notice a little extra made, and we never sell exactly 100, so it won’t be unusual for a few leftover. And we’ll get to take them.

Like I said originally, I get it but I don’t agree with it.

I actually can understand that manager’s line is thinking, but it highlights a fundamental mistrust of the employees and is still dumb.

Driver’s license is a weird thing to tie to voting imho. Serving in military makes sense to me though.

I don’t outwardly oppose the idea, but to be perfectly honest with myself I do not think I was mature enough at sixteen for my opinion to matter at a macro scale.
