First of all, thank you, guys.

Second, there are two fundamental reasons I spent it all already:

1. I actually just remembered that I still have $20 in my Venmo.
2. I was hella hungry.
3. Lately, being sent money has become so rare a thing that when I’m sent, say, $10 or something, I immediately go out and knock something off my hierarchy of needs; I don’t know if that’s all I’ll be sent in a day, or what. Today reminded me that it’s worth waiting (someone sent me $20 hours after I usually see interest in a fundraising post fizzle out).

I want to make something clear ( pun not intended): I am not fundraising to buy drugs, and it’s been a minute since I’ve had to buy drugs with funds obtained through fundraising. I can’t really divulge why this is.

It fucking sucks that I can’t play Victoria 3 or Hearts of Iron 4 on my new laptop. It has 32 GB of RAM but only a crappy integrated graphics card.

I have a little story to tell. Really short because my iPhone screen is dirty and I can’t type, but it’s something I want to expand upon soon:

I’m a member of the lumpen (lumpenproletariat) class. Every one of my friends and almost everyone I so much as talk to is lumpen.

It really feels fucking lonely. Until I met my roommates last year, I was the only non-racist, non-sexist, non-gross, rational person I knew. (I used to have a friend like this, who was so cool to hang out with, but they’re gone now…alive, they just won’t talk to me anymore. I think if I had the friends I have now, then, I wouldn’t have to miss them so much right now.)

Anyways this post reminded me that I need to not be such a mean snob. When my friends are like this, it isn’t because they’re hardcore fash or whatever, and I need to be patient.

(Another thing too is, a lot of us are so jaded and fucked off that we just don’t really care about using PC language. Homeless culture is very thick skinned.)
