I made a post on lemmy.ml from reddthat, but it doesn't seem to show up on .ml or .world?

I made a post on! fediverse@lemmy.ml but it doesn’t seem to appear when I go to lemmy.ml/c/fediverse or even lemmy.world/c/fediverse@lemmy.ml

I don’t think this is the first time this happened to me. What is the cause and is it fixable?
