In a car there is a specific blood alcohol limit and that doesn’t exist for cycling. They need to show you are unfit to ride. So I guess if you are not swerving all over the place.

Then again, they would provably use the same test result if they did test you. I wonder if you can just refuse to provide a sample… Its illegal not to with a car, but unsure if that still applies with a bike.
