I came during the lemmy world ml blahaj wars (“People of NATO”, “Preemptive de-federation as a last resort”) and I never thought I would be with the site for so many years but it’s probably because this is the only site with the best selection of emojis I’ve seen.
People can be very negative and irony poisoned about Hexbear, but it’s genuinely the best internet space I’ve found in my life and it’s such a relief having you all on the other side of the screen. Thanks y’all for being such an amazing community

I’m glad to have found this place even if I was 3 years late, it has done its part shaping my worldview and it really helped me a lot when the Palestine genocide had started and all I could hear outside here at the time was straight out of Mossad’s orders and I truly felt insane sometimes
