        The death penalty is a bad idea, because you cannot be certain that someone is guilty. There have been cases with sufficient doubt, where people have been executed.

        You cannot be certain that the owner of a car deserves to have it vandalized.

          Does the Tesla have a ‘I got this before I realized Elon was crazy!’ sticker?

          If yes, not guilty.

          If no, guilty.

          That you compare property damage to an actual human life… is disgusting.

          I guess you’ve just ascribed a personality to your Tesla.
