Just curious what people think about the other people who post AI stuff. I’ve seen a few in comments recently in other comms, and I just blocked the person posting, but I wonder if everyone just blocks them, new people reading them won’t get the social feedback not to do it? Maybe it is a better strategy to post a comment saying fuck AI instead to discourage these comments. What do you all think?

      I always use gender swap Tintin slop when I use slop. Because my avatar is also gender swap Tintin (stolen from an actual artist though I don’t know who drew it if I’m being honest).

        So did you change the test of the comment or did you actually generate this image? If you generated it, it would do favours to the text on the image to delete the comment, since as you said, slop has no place in Lemmy.

            Where is the irony there? If it’s actually slop, the irony in there is the fact that their own statement’s impact crumbles in the face of their method.

            So unless they posted that comment to “own OP”, which is incredibly idiotic, I don’t see the point. I asked for clarification and I have not been provided of such.
