real “do the fascists have free speech” energy
Nah. One can still recognize the humanity of people who get the wall. But I framed hypothetical in the way that I did for a reason—dealing with a political prisoner. Does that sound like free speech to you, ya goober? Having sympathy for our enemies and recognizing them as human is in fact part of what differentiates us from fascists after all.
This dipshit should be dealt with exactly as harshly as necessary. In the meantime, its perfectly coherent to pity the wretch and the material conditions that made him this way.
There’s a lot of space between giving fascists free speech and literally executing them after they are already held in a secure prison.
why are we using a secure prison hypothetical dreamworld instead of reality of racist fascist drunk who sprayed unknown substances on Ilhan Omar. Guards should have killed or captured him on sight when he drew a syringe and lunged towards her, they failed big time here and were far too slow and let a weirdo walk right up to her. He could have killed her if he wasn’t a drunk fuck up.
Because that’s the conversational context, if you look a few comments back. It has nothing to do with this guy, really.
I think it’s pretty simple. Become so racist and reactionary that you commit a crime or threaten the revolution in any way? Immediate punishment, up to and including death if they are not reformable. It has nothing to do with moralism, or murdering all “bad” people in the revolution or whatever. They are not punished until they do crimes. This man did a crime.
“If they are not reformable” is doing a lot of work there.
Not really. The revolution is going to be dirtier than you think
That is again a different subject
No it’s not, they’re talking about “after the revolution” as if that’s a thing. The revolution is ongoing. Threats to it keep happening.
