I don’t really understand your point. Any red light turns green at some point. You go when you’re allowed to, according to law.
If I were stuck behind s lot of red lights, yes, I would call my boss and say I’ll be late because of traffic.
I can tell you’ve never had to debug the embedded system that controls traffic lights in lots of municipalities
