They’re now I think at 22-2?
That’s only counting this term and not counting the cases they refused. This court has a habit of kicking cases back down the line for clarification or simply allowing lower court decisions to stand. Also, they never seem to comment. ?
Quit collecting these some time ago, but anyone thinking this court will automatically rule against woke, or for Trump, hasn’t actually been reading the news.
It was a different SCOTUS in his first term…
