The URL, in the PDF, is “https://anti-imperialism.org/2016/12/08/legionnaires-defeating-the-soldiertasrieaat-rcmhyth/amp/” but the wayback machine doesn’t have it.

I just tried it again and archive.ph is working, along with your original link to the archived article.
