Start small, smaller than you think you can handle. You can always go bigger, but you can’t undo permanent damage to your nethers. Make sure everything has a base, never use anything without base, even as a joke, even “Just a little bit.” It never works out well, if you have a friend who is a nurse or doctor at a hospital you can ask them.
