I’ve always (well, almost always) been very fit but one of the antidepressants it killed my boners. No response at all during and for a week after I stopped taking it. It was highly disturbing.
They mean that exercise won’t have the same sexual side effects that antidepressants can. Not that exercise will negate the sexual side effects of antidepressants.

Try Wellbutrin! It doesn’t act on serotonin receptors, so it doesn’t cause sexual issues. In fact, it increases it… by a lot…
