i’d say 90% of that is going down easily, it’s not got anywhere near the calories of a slice of bread and i mean yeah it’s easy to digest because it’s largely just sugar water with some protein and fat.
i would imagine one of the ideal things to force down is just peanut butter, that’s pure fat/protein/carb paste and a spoonful of it is more calories and nutrients than many many glasses of milk, and because so little of it is needed that means there’s less to be felt in the stomach.
