I have many recently recalled fond memories of this game on the family pc. I didn’t even know what it was called. I just knew I liked the game with the little blue pajama boy. Hadn’t thought about this years!
Tis available for free on steam.
I played this on the Atari Lynx handheld.
The Lynx version is the original, from which all others were ported. The Amiga version is particularly good.
Ahhh yes, good old Windows Entertainment Pack.
I remember one level where you had to skate around a maze that required you to find the route by trial and error and memorize it. Don’t think I ever finished the whole game; it got pretty difficult later on. At least for 11-year-old me.
Our pc must have came bundled with entertainment pack, I never rememeber us installing it. A traveling salesman sold us this pc
Loved this! This was the same era as a game called “Castle of the Winds” that was a top-down RPG with a similar tile based layout with a distinct Win 3.1 feel. I remember getting it as a part of one of those shareware compilation disks and ending up actually buying the extended version because it was so much fun.
Link for those craving a bit of nostalgia.
