On base government owned gambling… It’s the perfect system, take working class people with no other options, make them tools of the empire, pay them, but construct ways and means to reclaim their money (and more) whilst also giving them crippling addictions that will ruin the rest of their lives maybe forever and prevent them from moving forward. Take them, use them and break them.
