I think I watched the 1st season ? The concept is fun (modern arms vs medival forces) but I agree that the politics behind it are really bad.
It doesn’t sound super interesting to me, only because it sounds very one-sided.
Sounds like the concept would be far more fun if the fantasy world started rapidly developing its own modern military industry from captured tech or whatever and you get all kinds of wacky stuff

Specific scenes were fun. The majority of the show is unhinged. Rory Mercury is the best gothic lolita character design and she belongs in a far better show.
You’re better off watching some of the action scenes on YouTube and ignoring the rest. Not only is it problematic, it’s also the most mid isekai shit you’ll ever see. Everything wrong with the genre, you’ll find it in Gate being done excessively.

I guess there was that hilarious scene where the spec ops squads of all the big nations were tricked into killing each other by the JSDF spec ops, over possession of the obligatory loli 500 year old goddess, who was a diplomatic guest of Japan at the time.

Anime was a mistake. The Magicians did it much better, but was constrained by a live-action budget.

I think you’re missing The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace from your list, though it has sexual content that is so abhorrent in parts of it I wouldn’t recommend, unlike gate it’s hard to watch in those parts.
I only vaguely recall this anime, and I remember it starting off with the main character ilcalling himself an “otaku” right off the bat.
