The California National Party abbreviated as CNP, is a secessionist and civic nationalist political party in California. The CNP supports big tent, progressive policies and also campaigns for Californian independence, or at the very least, semi-autonomy, from the United States.

This party is definitely lib-brained, but they seem to at least be on the right track. They’re a small party and I think it wouldn’t be too tough to steer them further to the left. They say that they have some membership overlap with the Peace and Freedom Party. I think west coast secessionism is really gaining a lot of traction and i think it could be a good time to try and capitalize on it - I just don’t know if these guys are the ones to do it.

    Hey haven’t checked this account in a bit, but it’s cool we’re on the same wavelength.

    It is something that comes up from a pnw perspective:

    • does “Cascadia” go independent?
    • join up with CA?
    • join up with Canada?

    Each has their own consequence and outcome.
