I don’t have enough smart friends to help me, but I’m pretty sure that there’s over a million empty homes in California, and there’s over half a million homes and rentals owned by mega corps who are gouging everyone. It would solve homelessness immediately in a vacuum if we just took them over, and drive housing prices down. I need some fucking talking points or literature to read from a left perspective to conversationally radicalize my idiot lib friends without coming off like an angry theater nerd.
