Today I purchased Citterio Sliced Assorted Meat at Costco. This is my first time buying Italian Panini sliced assorted meats. Could anyone tell me that which is in my plate?

  • Sweet capocolla
  • Mortadella
  • Prosciutto cotto

Thank you.

Additionally, I’d say Mortadella is a baloney loaf with white (usually squarish) fat chunks included, and also often black peppercorns.

      And pistachios, too, sometimes.
