A lot of these machines are from schools, doctors offices, hospitals, or libraries. Its more expensive to be set up to properly erase these disks with compliance to the law than it is to destroy and recycle them. Also (at the company I worked for) a lot of the value of the item being sold is tied up in the processor and not the storage.

I believe that because the CIA stated that, Tulsa Gabbard claims that the investigation into Trump and his family by the CIA was election interference by the Obama administration and the CIA head at the time that capitulated to Trump and then was later fired by Trump.

Piggybacking on this because i do IT for a major US bank that requires passwords to be a set number of characters for its employees. I don’t want to be specific, but it’s in the range OP posted of 8-16.

Something I try to remind myself when I’m helping the tech illiterate is that not everybody had a family PC in the living room growing up. It can be a struggle sometimes.
