(lokale) admins haben grundsätzlich das letzte Wort auf Lemmy. Das ist auch nicht konfigurierbar. Bei lokalen Communities haben sie effektiv volle Rechte auch auf Moderationsebene, bei fremden Communities nur soweit das lokale Benutzer betrifft. Wir können z.B. sämtliche posts und kommentare entfernen, egal in welcher Community, aber das ist eben nur auf dieser Instanz so wenn der ausführende admin kein Mod ist und die community nicht lokal.
