crossfit makes me feel so good though. sucks being sick this week.
but I do get your point, some weeks back we had a ‘special’ workout with way too many clean & jerks in succession for you to be able to ensure correct form. something like 20 x 3 with a run between sets, and against time so you’re rushing. my lower back was sore (not in a good way) for a couple of days after.
