Oh so you googled it now? Back down from having heard of people doing it?
Spoiler alert, hasn’t happened! And you haven’t heard of anybody for whom it has! So I stand by my statement.
It’s theoretical nonsense, and credit scores are not the same as creditors, but keep talking nonsense about this “one weird trick” you heard on Facebook!
Then like…what? You have massive debt and can never return? Or we’re pretending Europe is a different planet and you can just “start new”?
“You’ve heard of people”. No, you haven’t.
Not if you want support from the vendor :p
I think many companies don’t actively maintain a large portion of their code base at all. So any amount of work, no matter how small, involves a “project” and “budget” and “approvals” to even assign somebody to the task of upgrading.
Then you have the testing and due diligence from whomever actually uses the thing.
I seriously doubt that someone who’s immediate response was to attack and dismiss my post, calling me a “shitlib”, which I’m sure means something to you, is interested in a “nuanced” discussion of any kind.
And if your so called primary source is an American journalist who was allowed to visit some prisons, then I would ask you if you really believe they would allow her to tour the majority of facilities?
I am suspect of propaganda in all its forms. And I’m in no way defending the fascist shithole that the US has become. I am simply pointing out that the US being shit is not a defense of Siberian labor camps, as your post implies.
Oh no I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings in this public post you made!
It is obviously impossible for two things to be bad!
Afaik the scams mostly involve people being convinced to zelle money to strangers, which is a non reversible process.
