This is good. This data will eventually help influence game developers to support Linux. It won’t happen over night, but we this trend continues, it’ll eventually start getting some attention.

Fascism is upon you now. What are you waiting for?
I’m not a trade worker or a union member so I wouldn’t know, but I would assume that trade unions should be in the best position to educate their members and lay the foundation for revolutionary theory and action?
I felt the same when it first began. I was kinda hyped for an alternative currency. But the main barriers were, next to no one answered Bitcoin payments for actual goods or services (yet), and then it just sort of became more of a money making investmentb scheme than a currency people can actually use in their daily life.
I know that these days it’s a little more widely accepted, but still no where near enough yet for me to adopt it.
I have no interest in trying to get rich from crypto. But if there was a legitimate use case for everyday people to use it instead of government legal tender then I would give it a go.
This is honestly insane. And it’s such an American way of thinking. Y’all need help.
I had an argument with an American once over whether health care should be free or not. They’re so brainwashed into thinking that they’ll somehow be disadvantaged by a universal healthcare system even when they’re paying out their ass for private health insurance, and at the same time blaming patrons of their restaurant who don’t tip enough for their poor income while happily accepting minimum wage from their employer. It’s absolutely mental.
I never said there was anything wrong with copying. I was simply pointing out a stereotype.
Well, I use Void Linux, Fedora, and NetBSD. All for different purposes. I just love the freedom to modify my system 'till my heart’s content. I’m generally a tiling WM (sdorfehs) on laptops and openbox/lxde on desktop.
I appreciate minimal clean code.
The stereotype of arch uses generally being smart is no longer. The “I use arch btw” meme brought a whole new user base to arch. You’ll find them on r/unixporn showing off their hyperland rice that they copied from some other user…
Yeah, I looked deeper into it and there’s just too many differences between each system to make a completely portable *BSD script. Well, is out of scope for my skills at least.
I whipped up a quick and dirty script that sort of emulates lsblk on NetBSD…
Not my finest, but it works on my machine
I just don’t really know how to use it…
gpt show sd0
and gpt show -l sd0
will show partition labels (if using GPT)
Could also use dkctl sd0 listwedges
to show wedge names…
I’ll have a little play and see what might work best
This is what I get on NetBSD 10.1 STABLE
Doesn’t look like glabel
is available on NetBSD
Hi Vermaden, great to see you here.
I remember reading about the lsblk.sh some time ago and tried testing it on NetBSD. I ran into some errors, which I can’t remember right now. Will test it again and post the output here later.
Oh, your welcome. It’s a great rabbit hole. I remember venturing down it for the first time some years ago. I’ve since been able to build arcan from source and get pipeworld working on void linux. It’s not daily drivable yet, (not for me at least) but it works, and it’s cool as fuck.
The future is ARCAN!
If you’re still using stock Android then I’m sorry to say that your efforts are somewhat wasted.
Please try GrapheneOS.

Lisa it’s your birthday, happy birthday Lisa!
That’s it, I’ve seen people use slurp. I couldn’t remember what it was called.
I cannot answer definitively, but it’s highly unlikely that windows could access any data from your Linux partition. That said, if you’re that concerned about the potential for this to happen, perhaps your shouldn’t use windows at all. This is coming from a PC gamer who uses Linux exclusively.
