After the update of lemmy.world to the latest Lemmy version, posts submitted by users in this instance now show as a ‘image’ instead of a link in Mastodon. If you only want to see the album covers, follow the hashtag: #albumartporn (of course, this way, there’s a chance that content from outside the community may appear.)
Integration is still not perfect, but it’s a way of keeping up to date and ‘boost’ albums on there.

Yes, that’s the ideia. To allow people on lemmy/fediverse to post their own album covers. To prevent spam, there’s ‘Rule 6’, that would be more explicit for this case.
