Facts are the things that make statements true.
Knowledge is made of three parts:
It requires a belief, a psychological state with a specific cognitive thought content (I think it’s raining, the Earth is round, there are eighteen people having coffee in the office).
The belief must be true. The content of the thought must correspond in some sense to the world (it is raining, the Earth is round, eighteen people are having coffee in the office).
Belief must be based on some kind of good reason or evidence. A person who only guesses correctly does not have knowledge.
