I don’t think chad’s has specifically described the shade of its flag anywhere, specifically. Romania has but Romania also used to have a seal on its flag when it was part of the ussr and removed it when it left (making it somilar to chad’s flag)

That is the military flag with the emblem, the regular flag is the three colors and chad has the same three colors. The flag of chad and the flag of romania have seperate emojis thougn
