Too many isekai/fantasy coming out and most are just meh. And I was still on a high, because I just finished Clevatess and in immediate need of another one.

Fortunately, I decided to watch the trailer and give it a go. What a blast. Haven’t had that kind of enjoyment in a long time like that as I watch the pilot episode where obviously where most of the budget went.

manga readers hyping it up similar to Frieren. I’ve heard lots of buzz for the show and it looks pretty nice.

I think the similarities is fantasy setting and we following a witch but that’s pretty much it.

Playing Octopath 2 in the mean time. It’s such a contrast I think I consider this relaxing game. The vanilla gameplay is too easy to cheese, not that it’s bad. Though I personally find the story uninspiring most of the time, most of the dialog is so generic I just glossed it over.

The spooky Mansion sidequest is a nice surprise.

I’m on a break on my 1st run. Middle act 2, I think. Rasher delivery still kick my ass. I know from osmosis there’s a tools to run fast but can’t find it lol. I thought it was in the Far Field lava run but it just give you mask. I dread bile water so I’m sure act 3 will be nightmare, and I’m 40 hours in haha.

It’s the 2011 remake. They skip some major moments for pacing sakes and change things here and there but all in all a great show.

Still chipping away Silksong. Early Act 2 got 1 melody, finally unlocked plasmium from wormways because I thought using simple key for deep docks was a good idea (not).

Rasher delivery wish is a bitch. I know there’s a run fast tools but have no idea where it is. Practising parry but the only mob available is grand reeds and idk if their silk attack can be parried or not (I swear I saw a video of someone doing it but can’t find it now)

I knew it haha. I already watching Journal with Witch since I love the manga so much. Grieve is such a strange feelings for me because I never experience a loss of immediate family, yet. Ofc I’ve lost pets/partner but I’m guessing a family member are a different beast altogether. In my mid 30s and dreading everyday cos my folks ain’t getting any younger.

Now if the rest of the season is like first two, I think they did a goos job. Just the inclusion of sound alone make the 1st episode better than the manga IMO.
