Future me is having leftover lasagna too… Because there’s a big fat family sized lasagna in the oven right now!

Chucked a lamb shoulder in the slow cooker with rosemary and garlic and left it going until the bone pulled it.
About to smash that down with some mashed potatoes and home grown beans!

31·7 months agoAs a kid we moved into a house in the middle of winter, the previous owner had left the fire ready to go, including matches and a couple days worth of wood.
You don’t need to be at home to make them; it’s just more socially acceptable than in a cafe.

Just shoved dinner in the oven, cracked a beer and now to catch up on todays motorsport!
Butterflied chicken, roast veg and a four pack of my local brew!
Meat and veg that’s been in the slow cooker all day!
They don’t look stuffed to me; delicious in fact!
Report back; that’s on my list of to try.
Nothing special, Aldi Highland Green, but it’s warming.
It’s good enough to drink on the rocks, but I prefer this one 50/50 with coke.
