Vote blue no matter who is absolutely the dominant strain of thought in the liberal left. If anything is to blame for “getting us here in the first place”, it’s decades of callously putting down people calling for something better.

If we want real progress, we need to defeat the GOP and then completely dismantle and reform/replace the DNC.

This is so ridiculous. I won’t vote for Newsom under any circumstances. I’m so done with the blue no matter who mentality, a mentality which only applies when the candidate is basically a republican. When a progressive/moderate socialist wins the primary, the whole democrat party changes its tune to “well maybe a third party candidate is OK after all”.

They wouldn’t do scams unless they worked sometimes. I pretty firmly believe that anybody can fall for a scam given the right circumstances. Shame is a normal response in these situations but it’s not because you deserve to be ashamed. Frankly it’s brave of you to come forward with it. Give yourself some grace.
