That’s actually kinda neat.
I imagine that the transcribing isn’t perfect either, so I assume they introduced some too.

Yeah RAID or NAS drives have something specific and are a little more per TB if I’m not mistaken.
Crazy that we also used to pay this price per GB and even MB at some point.
That makes the discs you bought on the high end too though.
Ah, I buy a lot of old scifi, so this is from 1984, little more excusable giving the lack of modernization. It’s gone past more than a few eyes, and yet I still caught it.
Umm. Yeah until you work in them. I loved getting free bread from the bakery, but god we ripped a floor out and replaced an oven and cooling tower. The amount of yeast bugs 0.0
Each factory has its own little quirks.
One of my favorite places was pie factory. So many delicious smells.
On an interesting note for a bakery, we weren’t allowed in the plant on certain days, it was when they were doing their jalapeño cheese bagels. Special PPE requirements and it was just simpler to keep contractors out on those days.
The distillery is right next to a chicken processing plant, the smells can be pretty interesting depending on how they mix. Then further down the road is a shingle factory as well as a waste water treatment plant. It’s an interesting area to say the least.
Fired and showed right into a cell. Do not pass go, do not collect wages.
… so you are a fool for thinking that ai confused a name and title even after having the article explain it… why would you “think” it’s confusing it when you know they aren’t? That’s being a fool lmfao.
Your opinion isn’t valid and makes you a fool since the “facts” show that it didn’t happen. Not everything is Ai just because you don’t understand it… again…
Why are you arguing so badly that this is Ai and the only defense is either not reading the article or just ignoring the obvious…?
How so?
Let’s see…
I think the AI couldn’t differentiate between name and job title.
The first sentence made it clear it wasn’t a name, so if you read the article, you wouldn’t have made this claim.
Where did I do that exactly?
See above.
I mean reading the first sentence of the article would have cleared up any confusion, you’ve shown how foolish you are, but bloviate all you want dude. Who just reads an article title and thinks that’s the entire article lmfao.
Act like a 5 year old, and get treated like one, what else would you expect lol.
Also, never insulted you, I just said if you come across like a fool, you will be treated like one.
“I don’t understand X so it has to be ai”
This mindset of people in the last few months has become mind boggling. It’s common journalism to shorthand stuff, the phrase isn’t hard to parse, and none of it has to do with someone’s name (reading the article made this clear in the first sentence), so claiming it’s Ai confusing them is just plain wrong to begin with.
Maybe if you didn’t come across so foolish, someone wouldn’t need to explain it like you were five.
They are the founder of Arkane which is the dev of Prey and Dishorned, their name is stated in the first sentence of the article
Raphael Colantonio
Well it’s not nothing to scoff at, usually the winner of these is just silicon lottery, this is making your own luck!
No one’s arguing that dude, but that doesn’t mean people can’t point out and talk about someone who missed what an average is as well.
I don’t disagree, there isn’t a great way to quantify the data, I’m just making a discussion out of the main comment seemingly missing what an average is by talking about edge cases on the high end. Also their 3 examples, which I assume are the only 3 high end cases. Already have a massive discrepancy.
1000 and the next closest being ~600, it infers that long empires are few and far between.
Sure, but that doesn’t change there will be outliers at both ends. And the lower end would likely have far more. So no matter the average, it would be on lower end of the max.
So if an empire and only one lasted to 1000, but others 5 years, or even days. It makes sense that an average around 250 is entirely possible.
I take preference to the “Russian method” cut off the high and low score and mean them.
The amount of time they stated that he had five minutes… ;)
