For anyone interested, I highly recommend reading it before watching the movie. It’s a fun, quick read. The movie doesn’t follow the same events so nothing is “spoiled” for you by reading, just a good way to get into the universe and character.
Have you considered adoption? There are SO many kids out there who need loving homes. If you’re worries about children regretting their existence, at least you could provide a safe place for those that are already here and also fulfill your desire to be a parent.

People Just Do Nothing is one of my favorite shows.
Donate it to a trustworthy local charity rather than throw it away. The damage is done with produced items, so there’s no need to add to a landfill if someone else in need could get use out of it.
