sounds like the towel will work for you. in the long term, you may want to consider doing a controlled descent portion of a pushup and not worry about the “pushing up” portion. This will still strengthen your chest muscles and help you build up towards a full motion push up. Same concept for pullups but only do the lowering portion. fitness is a marathon, not a sprint, and we all have different starting positions.

not necessarily the same number of farts though. think about it; if you are known as being pro-fart and think farts are funny, farters are going to gravitate to you and are going to fart at you. if you’re vehemently anti-fart and make that clear to people around you, they won’t feel comfortable farting around you. these fart lovers ain’t tricking me again. keep your bodily gasses to yourself at all times

i taught 9/11 to history students who weren’t old enough to remember it. i put together a reader of pre-attack context, and OBL’s letter to the american people. oh and we watched that one video of the cranky new yorker in one of the towers talking to emergency personnel up until the building collapsed, cuz you know, the human element and it makes me sad.

by comparison, on the day bin laden was killed, i had a coworker who cancelled all lessons for the day, dressed in flag apparel, and just did patriotic riffing for every period.
