You know, I hated Unity when it first came out, but honestly it was pretty good compared to the disjointed experience of Gnome 3. Hell, even modern Gnome has a janky workflow imo.

Google actively shooting themselves in the foot. Why would I choose an Android phone over an iPhone if Google continues to remove features and user freedoms that set it apart from apple’s “walled garden”

The whole force return to office thing is just a “we own you” moment from leadership. It doesn’t have to make sense for them. And I’ll bet you that the leadership will continue to enjoy remote work benefits. I was recently ordered back to office. The problem is I don’t actually work with or report to any of the folks at that office. So I’m just going to an office to sit on teams calls with my coworkers instead or staying home and doing the same thing.

I switched to iOS a few years ago after my OG pixel finally died and work was offering me a new iPhone for free. At this point I don’t really want to go through the hassle of migrating again. I have been keeping an eye on the whole Linux phone thing though because it’s really interesting. Without tap to pay or any sort of android auto/car play support I don’t think I’ll be fully switching anyway though.
EDIT: I re-read the post and realized OP was talking about android ROMs. As an iOS user I don’t really have a place in this conversation but I’ll leave my original post up anyway.
IT stooge != science Sorry fellas.
It’s not a fucking speedrun homie. This isn’t shower any%. I’m usually listening to music and enjoying the hot water. Plus if it’s a wash day, washing and conditioning long hair takes a while.
