If you take into consideration the self-ionization of water, it’s both, at the same time.
2 H2O -> H3O+ + -OH
Not sure if this is a rhetorical questions, but I assume a statement like that comes from examples like the “Borderlands” movie. I’m not a gamer, but I remember seeing a lot of talk around the casting not being true to the game.
“I will be the Mussolini to your Hitler.”
Hate is the GOP platform.

Ohh man, don’t know what it’s called but we make a dip we call Italian bread dip. Use whatever dried spices you want (garlic/onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, etc.) mix in olive oil and basalmic vinegar (I do it by eye and taste but usually around a 2:1 oil: vinegar), mix then rip off fresh crush bread dip and eat. I have to add more vinegar becuase my family loves the tangy flavor.
They’re playing the long game here.
1st remove fluoride from municipal water sources, kids start getting more cavities.
2nd give free lunches.
3rd kids stop eating their free lunches due to the pain of their cavities.
4th State government proclaims they’ve done such a tremendous job with the economy that kids aren’t eating and needing free meals anymore, so they are removing them from the budget.

Well then…G’day mate! Let’s put another shrimp on the barbie.
They are able to be remotely controlled and moved, so my guess is someone in the DOT positioned it to take a pic.
Looks like a municipal traffic camera.
But that’s the point. If he can do it to people here legally and the other branches don’t push back and/or he ignores judgements concerning it, then the laws start to become meaningless and he’s little less than a king. After that it’s a slippery slope to detaining citizens for speaking poorly about the government, it’s officials or Trump himself.

I think he took his method acting too far.
Does it have to be written in a book to qualify? I’m pretty sure there are several Native American tribes that might have something to say about this.
When made into crack it should be a higher mass since you end up with salt residue from the process. The common use of sodium bicarbonate with coke, yields Coc-H+Cl− + NaHCO3 → Coc + H2O + CO2 + NaCl, where H2O and CO2 are removed by the heating process but NaCl remains, so effectively gaining Na ion. So for every gram of coke processed into crack you gain ~0.076 grams of sodium.
Is this how we curb our red meat issue and help the climate?
