I wasn’t too young but I am Legend left me depressed for days. I even read the book because I needed to process it. I still have flashbacks to will Smith talking along with Shrek. I should probably go watch it again now that I’m older and see if it hits differently. It was not the zombies but the deep deep loneliness that got me.

I enjoy reading. I also prefer text to phone call. I enjoy subtitles.

The fact you had to name Jamaica and Bahamas, both incredibly poor developing nations as comparison to get remotely close to our gun violence is proof you should not come here.

Came here to say this. I love it’s always sunny and people insisted it’s similar but I just can’t. I’ve tried so many times.

The “humor” is just Ryan being Ryan. He is a mean guy. It’s funny on screen but IRL he is just that rude and gross to everyone without discrimination. I had to work with him twice and I dislike him. His wife is the same way. They are just objectively cruel for no reason. Which is funny when you’re acting on screen only.

I have watched Forrest Gump many many times trying to understand the appeal and because others liked it and wanted to watch it. I begged my brain to like literally anything about it but it cannot. It is horrible. I dislike it so deeply. I still can’t figure out why.

Despite the movie being mid, the book is awesome. Highly recommend. easy read.

It legit was getting good. The first season was rough. I loved the books so I’ll watch it. Later episodes were getting better.

There’s a great show about families going there for a better life from here. It’s called coming from America. Worth a watch. Not everything is perfect there but people from here can own land and feel free.

Teenagers slept around because they were bored. Now they can learn coding and game. They are legitimately using less drugs. Drinking less and having sex left because they are busy developing skills for work and life.

Sex has nothing to do with emotional or mental maturity except with more education you are less likely to have casual sex. It has nothing to do with “becoming a man or woman”. Plenty of adults are extremely accomplished without getting sex involved. Sex is literally just an act of putting your genitals together. How does that make an adult from a child? It doesnt.

She is SO BRAVE. Wow. I wish I had half that strength.
