Before my wife got the surgery, she used her phones camera to look around. She used to jokingly say that she is a cyborg.
Regarding the topic. For her the procedure was also a game changer.

So… we’re helping him by taking about it? That just feels wrong.
He probably should have thanked them more.
You still at least had the option to buy a house. But yeah I get it.
Games is the one example that actually makes sense though. The game code size hasn’t really increased tremendously, but the uncompressed assets have only gotten more detailed and more numerous.
The biggest difference is that European countries have parliamentary democracies. This means that everyone has a party that, at least to some degree, fits their needs and wants. I’m sure that if Americans realistically had more than two choices, things would be different.
As ridiculous as it is with him, noone is a villain in their own story.
That is exactly why Chromebooks were (are?) so popular. You got a cheap laptop with an easy-to-use OS without having to do any install. And let’s be real here, most people don’t need anything more than a web browser.
Go for Bazzite. It’s basically Steam OS but with extra stuff that makes it “just work”, even on an Nvidia GPU.
Once Valve releases their official Steam OS, you can always switch to it.
Really depends on the time period though. There were quite a few unpleasantries even in that universe. Klingon War, Dominion War, Borg,…
My favorite quote for situations like this is. “You’re never the enemy in your own story.”
Agreed. I hope it doesn’t become so popular that it turns to shit.
“stop paying attention to your perpetually shitty wages and start hating on the mexicans and drag queens who never did a single fucking thing to affect your life!”

I mean, it’s getting harder and harder each day to argue against him deliberately destroying the west.
But a forum post said it would fix my issue.
He wasn’t as unhinged as he is now. So people assumed a lot of things about him.
And people ask me why I would live in Cologne (Köln) if I had to live anywhere else.
Not for him, though. It sucks that the kings of today - and Trump, at this point, can definitely be referred to as such - will probably not face any consequences for their actions. Throughout history, it has always taken a few generations for their empires to come crashing down.
Good idea, let’s call it the government efficency department or something like that.
Exactly. I’d like to see OP’s reaction if a giant would crush his house and maybe even his loved ones.
