She did get a reduction. Look at her recent pictures/videos on twitter. The scars are super obvious.
Edit: Looks like it was a lift, not a reduction. She has talked about wanting to get a reduction in the past which is why I thought it was a reduction. Hopefully the scars heal nicely for her.

14·2 years agoI don’t think its a flaw at all. The decentralized nature allows users to make the decision on which instance to browse that meet all of their needs. There are instances out there that federate with both LemmyNSFW and Lemmy.ML. You could just browse those instances and still see the content you like seeing.
