Who is the target demographic for this article? “those of us who still care can make a difference” and then goes on to say we need to build in geographic hotspot, optimize our grid projections, source our raw materials more ethically, and decide which forests are most worth protecting. That and the US being such a large market while having some of the worst internet in the developed world. Last I read only ¼ of the network is fiber
