… just get your own handles?? that things charge only lasts like 3 weeks with just one person i can’t imagine sharing it
Hi, there!
💆
I was born in 1989, so I am an ancient grandpa and demand respect for my lawn. (/s ya right like I own a house)
(P.s. I am not a sexy hairy ripped daddy bear, but I do own a cat named Tammy 🐈⬛)
… just get your own handles?? that things charge only lasts like 3 weeks with just one person i can’t imagine sharing it
so excited to throw my shit at grease ghosts again before picking up all my boxes i fucking dropped
i don’t think so at all. i just played through Grandia for the first time in my life and really enjoyed it. i think your perspective is what makes the difference, but that’s also up to you. i try to enjoy things through the lens they were created usually, it helps ground my experience more. the crumbled building is not a ruin, it’s where real people lived their lives.
subnautica 1 was one of the best games i ever played. below zero was like a less good, James Cameron version of subnautica 1 that sorta forgot it was a survival craft game and focused more on the cinematic experience. subnautica 2…looks full blown James Cameron movie. it literally looks like the scenes underwater in Avatar 2. subnautica 1 was not great because it had aliens or a neat sci fi plot. those were neat extras. it was cool because the nature of the game itself required you to carve your OWN story through the way you chose to survive and progress. the world was your world, not a set piece for a stage play. subnautica 2, from what I’ve seen so far, looks to have completely lost what i first loved about the game. i know the original creator of the concept has long been gone from the development team, and it frankly bums me out how they’ve altered the original vision.
I’m sure it’ll be hugely successful, though. looks like something made for YouTubers more than someone who wants to pick up rocks for 3 hours off the sea floor.
i tried that one time. it was the only time i tried to use AI for something actually useful that i needed. i wanted to write some simple JavaScript that would rapidly flash 3 equally sized images on the screen of a handheld linux machine. the AI provided a list of instructions of software and other prerequisites i would need. after installing everything and entering in the code provided into the software, it immediately started yelling warning signs at me about the code. nothing ran. it was all useless. it felt like talking to a paranoid schizophrenic. the ai was so sure of the code, and insisted that i must be making a mistake, and kept apologizing and providing more useless code. it was literally just like talking to a paranoid schizophrenic at a bus stop, insisting all the crazy shit they’re saying REALLY makes sense, if only you’ll let them explain it to you further.
what trash.
35 years old and this is one of the most overrated franchises I’ve ever touched.
this might be tricky, the overly detailed illustrations of messed up looking characters was a pretty common bit on the show
oh snap, turns out I have all these versions! which would be good to start with? I know nothing about the entire franchise
that’s gunna be a lot of sad kids on Christmas when the great depression 2 has settled in
i recently got a retro handheld and loaded it with full libraries in case i ever randomly want to play something from the past without any fuss.
put this game in my favorites list to check out! never heard even a single thing about it and would have dismissed it based on title and cover.
they aren’t movies, but Doctor Who is a fantastic show for the whole family. maybe start at Matt Smith episodes unless they don’t mind cheesier effects and costumes.
dude…i am disabled and receive ssi… I don’t want an account on X??? wtf?
have another
hug
i got a Powkiddy rgb20sx and I LOVE IT. SO MUCH.
i agree with everything you said, they take some willingness to tinker but boy is the payoff worth it. now that i have the library set up i can swap it out with any device and play anything in the future. i was never a big fan of portable consoles, but having all the retro titles in one little machine is just such a perfect thing. i only paid 60 bucks for my powkiddy, worth every penny
i took “touchable” to mean you could literally feel the shape with your senses, but it appears what they are saying is it’s a way to interact with it, via pass through in various ways, etc. still pretty cool though
I’m just surviving, dawg
then you’re exactly the same as the people you’re pissed at. enjoy that cognitive dissonance.
who said I’m not pissed? the point was stop being glad about mass groups of people suffering.
I’m in my 30s and voted Democratic and depend on this same system
you must be, because i said it lasts 3 weeks which implies i know it’s rechargeable. I’m not aware of any disposable electric toothbrush named sonicare with swappable tooth brush heads.
i have the same toothbrush. that stupid annoying charging base + how fast it dies is a terrible downside for the product for me, and I can’t imagine splitting the battery with another person and keeping it on those god awful chargers even more often
